Hello!

When you see the green FPS, you can take a screenshot!
If you can't see the green FPS, you can't take a screenshot!

The problem is,I do see the green fps number. But when i press my binded key for it(F2)the fps flashes yellow, but doesnt save...Its not happening with any other program except IE.(Im using netflix, and taking screenshots of doctor who) So,Fix for now is just use windowed mode...

When you use UAC (User Account Control) in Windows 7/Vista, you can't record the target with 'DirectX/OpenGL window' mode of Bandicam

Solution 1: Use the 'Rectangle on a screen" capture mode of the Bandicam

Solution 2: Right-click the icon (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox), and then click "Run as administrator"

I have to say that the second solution may help you.In fact,"Run as administrator"is a usual solution when you can't do anything with the problem.
Good luck to you!!!

Hello Wawawawaw2112,

Which recording mode do you use?
Please try copying it to the clipboard with Ctrl+C or Ctrl+Alt+C on the target screen and pasting it into Word, Excel, or Paint with Ctrl+V.
Please let us know if it works.

Thank you.
