Microphone Capture ( Sounds Boosted )

I don't really know why, but for some reason my microphone sounds over boosted ( By that I mean it gets insanely muffled ) if I talk just a little bit loud.
But it seems it is only recording with Bandicam's microphone capturer, since if I record with Audacity or other programs it doesn't. I have tried setting my microphones sound lower and that doesn't do anything but make the volume lower. Also in some cases the game sound is louder then the microphone. I was wondering if I had a setting problem or something?

Yes, thats the sound. Just it sounds a bit worse on my end, as soon as I speak a little bit loud it does that really badly.
