Now I'm having issues with Diablo 3

Sat Apr 21, 2012 12:52 pm

So I try and use your product with Diablo 3. I set it to record at 1920x1080 using an OpenGL/DirectX window with Diablo 3 in Borderless Window mode.

I'm usung an AMD HD RADEON 6970
i5 2300 2.8GHz
Bandicam 1.7.8.196.

After initially getting good results for the first 8 minutes or so, Bandicam eventually lags more and more until the video is virtually unwatchable with the amount of choppyness. All the time I was playing the FPS counter showed a steady 55-60 FPS, when, in actuality, the video is playing musical statues.

Here's the video here, on my Youtube Channel, the one I'm trying to create qaulity content for but your program is f^&*ing me over.

I'm seriously reconsidering whether your program is fit for purpose. Please reply to this one unlike the previous thread which you have so far ignored.

I assume that recording the window doesn't give better results?

I wouldn't know as the program didn't give me any indication that it wasn't recording properly for the length of time I wanted to record.

Well, try switching Bandicam to the "target" option, starting your recording before you begin Diablo 3, then do a little test video, then exit Diablo 3 and then stop Bandicam's recording.

Just clip off the fatty ends of you entering and exiting the game in an editing program.

Sorry for the late reply.

Did you uncheck "Two Sound Mixing" option of Bandicam?
The current version has a mixing bug (when you uncheck Two Sound Mixing, you can have a lag),
and the fixed version will be updated in 2~3 days.

Dear Hazz3r,
After initially getting good results for the first 8 minutes or so, Bandicam eventually lags more and more until the video is virtually unwatchable with the amount of choppyness.
We could reproduce your problem in Diablo 3.
We have changed some source code to fix this bug.
However, we're not sure the fixed version is work or not - because the beta service is closed.

If you still can access to Diablo 3, please email us at bandicam@bandisoft.com

Unfortunately I do not now have access to the beta. However, thank you for the help. I do have the two sound mixing option unchecked as I like to adjust the sound levels when I import to Vegas.

Also, to the person who suggested I do a 'test video'. You realise how ridiculous that sounds when put in the context of my problem? As I said, no issues appeared in the video until 8 minutes in.

Then try a 15 minute test? It's worth it if it works, right?

No matter, since they got it fixed.

If you still have the problem, try the latest version of Bandicam (1.7.9) which released about an hour ago.
