Microphone is recorded when it's set off

Mon Apr 17, 2017 1:52 pm

I have the primary sound device set to the default sound device (which are the speakers) or set to the speakers directly. The secondary sound device is disabled, and when I look back at the recorded video, I can hear the game sound, but also when I press the buttons on my Xbox controller. This implies that I recorded the microphone while I thought it was disabled. I couldn't find any other settings in Bandicam causing this.
The microphone option from the Xbox button menu is disabled too.

I just restarted Bandicam and did a test recording without changing any settings, the microphone was no longer heard.
Really confused right now. I just recorded an hour and 40 minutes of now deleted footage under this bug.

Hello Ivan187,

If you are using the "Listen to this device" function under the Listen tab, the issue might happen.
We recommend you uncheck "Listen to this device" under the Listen tab.

That function was unchecked the whole time.
