Bandicam crashes my game

As said above, my bandicam keep on crashing whenever i record and mid way my game would just crash.

the game would just crash after a certain amount of time and the game would say it has stopped working.

Do you have the same issue when you use other codecs?
Please attach the screenshot of your format settings window of Bandicam.
Also, please let us know your PC specs such as CPU, GPU, OS, antivirus software, and graphics driver version.

i able to record my gameplay ranging from 5-30 mins?
Yes i have the same issue with h264 cpu
Im using the dell inspiron 15 7559
CPU : i7-6700HQ @2.60GHz
GPU : GTX 960m (driver version is 382.05)
OS : Windows 10 64bit
Antivirus Software : Windows Defender
RAM : 16GB
Additional Notes : (My cousin whose using the same type of laptop as mine the dell inspiron 15 7559, his does not have any problems while mine does)

Just wanna add in that xvid codec worked fine but the video was very laggy while my fps is above 100fps most of the time during the recording.

Alright i found an issue, my cousin and mine can't use h.264 codec to record. His would appear as failed to initialized codec while the game i run would just crashes when recording with h.264
