Thank you for getting back to us.
We've found that the microphone is not active on the Windows Recording window.
We'd like you to try recording after changing the settings as below.
1. Make sure the device(Razer Kraken USB) is correctly plugged to your PC.
2. Right click on the Microphone(Razer Kraken USB) on Windows Recording settings tab and select the "Set as default device" menu.
3. Select the "(Default Sound Device)" as the Primary Sound Device on Bandicam Recording settings window.
4. Select the "Microphone Razer Kraken USB" or "Headphones(Razer Kraken USB)" as the Secondary Sound Device on Bandicam Recording settings window.
If you still have the same issue, please record the Bandicam Recording settings window and Windows Sound settings window and send it to
bandicam@bandicam.com.
