Skipping Out Words

Hi! I made a video for youtube. I noticed that some of the words I say aren't being recorded by bandicam. It doesnt seems to affect game background music. And, it happen randomly during the video recording. Also, there is a small static sound in the recording.

It doesnt work. What I am trying to do is to overlay my voice, so, viewers can still hear the background game music. Some of the words I say drops randomly. How can I fix it?

We've found that the microphone is not active on the Windows Recording window.

We'd like you to try recording after changing the settings as below.
1. Make sure the device(Razer Kraken USB) is correctly plugged to your PC.
2. Right click on the Microphone(Razer Kraken USB) on Windows Recording settings tab and select the "Set as default device" menu.
3. Select the "(Default Sound Device)" as the Primary Sound Device on Bandicam Recording settings window.
4. Select the "Microphone Razer Kraken USB" or "Headphones(Razer Kraken USB)" as the Secondary Sound Device on Bandicam Recording settings window.

If you still have the same issue, please record the Bandicam Recording settings window and Windows Sound settings window and send it to bandicam@bandicam.com.

Before sending us an email, please check if the problem is solved when you uncheck the "Skip recording while frame is not updated" option.(No.2)
