Crashes When I Hit Record

Hello,

I only use screen-recording mode and have never had an issue before. Not sure what changed but Bandicam comes up fine until I hit record.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
I've seen tips to update or uninstall the latest drive - so far I've only uninstalled it. Not sure how to update...

Hi there,
I tried everything beneath [Step 3] Bandicam crashes/freezes when I start recording
and beneath others I tried to take a screenshot and it makes the action like it took one but it never takes one....does that mean there's a problem with my copy-protection program?
I've tried every other step and none of them worked.

Same here!!! This is the EXACT problem I am having. I have tried everything as well. What is going on? I tried reinstalling bandicam and I do get this message... which then I push ignore.. is that what is causing this problem?

Do you have the same issue when you use other codecs like Xvid in an AVI container?
Please let us know your PC specs such as CPU, GPU, OS, antivirus software, and graphics driver version.

First, please uninstall Bandicam and install the latest version of it.

Have you installed the latest version of the graphics driver?
Please download it from the linked page and install it.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downlo ... duct=87257.

And then, try recording again with the "Use enhanced capture method (faster, Windows 8 or above)" option unchecked.

If you still have the same issue, please let us know if you are able to record with other codecs like Xvid in an AVI container.

Thank you for your reply.
We're not sure why the error message appeared on your PC.
The driver on the linked page should be compatible with your Celeron CPU N3050 because it is on the list of the valid CPUs.
In that case, please contact Intel support to download the latest version of the graphics driver.

After that, please try recording again with the "Use enhanced capture method (faster, Windows 8 or above)" option unchecked.

If you still have the same issue, please let us know if you are able to record with other codecs like Xvid in an AVI container.
