I want to know how to get separate audio/video?

When I record a game I have the audio tracks saved as their own .wav files, but the main video still has audio to it. Is there any way to remove the videos audio without using an editor?
The reason I ask this is because importing the video to adobe premiere makes it have to conform the audio of that file and it takes quite a while, yet for some reason when I only import the .wav's it takes no time at all.
I would prefer to just import a silent video, then import the wavs.
(I dont know if this matters but I record in MP4 format)
If this isnt possible for Bandicam, then do you think I would have to run Audacity along side it to record both mic and desktop and just turn off sound recording in Bandicam all together?
