Codec Intel H264, can't play videos made.

I recorded a clip, went to the folder of the Captures, opened the recording file and it doesn't work. The size is 4kb and I can't open it. (Other Codecs work but I get fps loss with them)



EDIT: I get only this error/problem when recording with Rainbow Six Siege, maybe Battleye?

Hello XFabioXD,

It might be a problem with the Intel Quick Sync Video codec.
Please uninstall the graphics card driver and install the latest graphics card driver.
If you still have the issue, we are afraid that you need to use the H264(CPU) codec.
