HELP! Purchased bundle but no email!

Hello, so I have just purchased the bandicam/bandicut bundle and entered the proper email, but I have not gotten the email yet. I went to the license check section and re-entered the email but the site told me the email was not registered, so does this mean the order didn't go through properly? Because this basically means I was just robbed of my money! Please help, I already sent bandicam an email, but still this is serious.

If you are told that the email address has not been registered, you might have entered the wrong email address when you purchased.
Please contact bandicam@bandicam.com.
