Black recording

I'm trying to record some DRM encoded video I own and must play using rplayer.
However, I mostly record black screen, whatever I do (I've read and used the official topic about black screen issues.)

Actually, it's not always black; I've sometimes seen some images at the start of the video, transluscent with my desktop background. They fade into nothingness within seconds.

The question is how to solve this problem.

This software looks amazingly good, but I won't purchase it if my main use cannot be met.

Thanks for any help
Yves

For info, I can easily capture my video with Action! in screen active zone, but the data volume is prohibitive and I don't want to have to make a second pass for reencoding.

Hello y.ve.s,

It is most likely a problem with the copy-protection of the digital contents.
We are afraid that we don't have any solutions in that case.

Thank you.

So why could Action! succeed where you cannot ?

Hello y.ve.s,

Could you explain how to recreate the issue step by step so that we can test it?

Thank you.

It is not a good thing that Action is doing.................

What you are doing is illegal. You are not meant to record DRM protected material, you are only meant to view it locally on one screen in private.
