Does it crash only when recording? Or does it also crash when you're not recording?

Hi,

1. Do you record the game with 'DirectX/OpenGL window' mode of Bandicam?

2. Do you have the problem with 'Rectangle on a screen' mode of Bandicam?

3. Do you use an anti-virus program? What is it?

1. I record all my games (other then flash games) with this mode
2. I only use this mode for Flash games (When is use it for minecraft the mouse movement is very laggy and weird
3. I have Bitdefender

We will try to record the minecraft with Bandicam and Bitdefender to reproduce your problem.

1. Please try to record the minecraft with "Rectangle on a screen" mode.
Do you have the crash every 5~30 mins?

2. Please try to record other games with "DirectX/OpenGL window" mode.
Do you have the crash every 5~30 mins?

1. No crashing but its laggy and mouse movement is sharp not smooth

2. No other games crash... I tested on Battlefield 3

I'm also having a problem recording Minecraft when Bandicam is resizing the video. If I record at full size (window is 1920x1136 on a 1920x1200 screen), it doesn't crash. But it crashed twice when Bandicam was told to record at 0x720 (Youtube preset).

Maybe it's a coincidence, but that's what happened.

Running Bandicam version 1.7.9.204. Video card is an ATI Radeon HD 5670 running driver version 12.4. Recording in Open GL mode. CPU is an i7-860, so there should be plenty of power to do the resizing.

Hi Bobcat!

You're using the 'DirectX/OpenGL window' mode, right?

We have tried the 720p YouTube preset, but we couldn't reproduce the crashing problem.
If you find a kind of crashing pattern, please let us know.

Thank you for using Bandicam.
