OkI don't know what the problem may be, but don't expect them to reply right away. It usually takes up-to 1 or 2 days.
Keep in mind that they are in the UK or something, so they reply during the night, US-time. Also, they only seem to work during weekdays, so threads like this aren't checked Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night, US-time.
I mean I got everything working the thing that's the problem is that when I record it turns out fine but I recorded for 10 mins but the video only lasted for like 1 or 2 mins.Hi,
1. You shouldn't escape the game while you're recording with 'DirectX/OpenGL window' mode.
If you check your email/click "Alt+Tab" while you're recording, Bandicam can lose the 'DirectX/OpenGL' hooking.
2. Did you use 'DirectX/OpenGL window' mode?
If you did, try 'Rectangle on a screen' mode.
