Problems with Multi-User License

Hello, I've had the paid version of Bandicam on my primary PC for some time and love it. I wanted to get Bandicam on my secondary PC last week. When I installed Bandicam on my secondary PC I figured out I needed a multi-user license. So I upgraded to a 2 PC license. But this morning when I tried to use the Bandicam on my old PC, it's saying I need to register. So I tried to register Bandicam on my old PC using my old serial number. When that didn't work, I realized you guys had e-mailed a new serial number when I upgraded from one device to two. But now when I try to register Bandicam on my old PC with the new serial number, it still won't work. I need help please.

Oh... it appears problem is solved. It looks like I was copying a space in front of the serial number when I copy/pasted from the e-mail to the Bandicam. It appears to be working now. Problem solved.
