Huge New Update Issue

I updated my bandicam and it broke like the whole thing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it did not work. Every time I install it again it pops up with a message saying that a file needs to be ignored or something but I do not know if that is the issue. When I try to record minecraft, the video appears black and all I hear is the sound quality which is very bad and it echos. Before the update I had no problem and I never changed anything. If you could please fix this that would be appreciated.

Well the sound some how got fixed but the video still shows up in black.
