The problem with the sound.

Hello
The problem is that Bandicam does not record sound. The program does not "hear" the sound card.
The problem occurred after I changed the sound card Realtek on the ASUS Xonar DX, http://www.asus.com/Multimedia/Audio_Cards/Xonar_DX/
The old sound card is not integrated into the motherboard. But it is no problem recording sound. I tried all the methods that are listed here: http://www.bandicam.com/faqs/no_sound_r ... x_problem/
PlayClaw recorded sound, but I like your program.

1. Windows 7/64bit
2. Graphic card model: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
3. Bandicam version: 1.8.0.231 (With the old sound card and the previous version worked fine.)
Thanks.

1. Did you check the "Win7 sound (WASAPI)" in Recording settings of Bandicam?

2. Did you set the Speakers as the default device?

3. If you did, please send some screenshot like above.
Also, send your video file to bandicam@bandisoft.com
