Transferring License to Another Email Account

Is it possible to do so since the email I purchased it under has been locked by Yahoo and I've been trying to get it back but the recovery email is nonexistent and I don't even know what it is but I still remember the password. I'd hate to be forced into forking out another $39 because Yahoo claims that there's been suspicious activity on my account and I haven't received an email since October 18, 2017.
