Bandicam failing to capture footage

So I have been having an issue for the past few weeks with several games.
I'll start with the Basics

Team Fortress 2 / hl2.exe
This game refuses to capture at all, the counter will stay at a FPS rate but no footage will be captured. I have tried swapping it to CPU and AMD App but still no go. Window mode causes issues as it thinks I am clicking outside, so Fullscreen DX is the way to go.
The Loading valve logo captures fine, but then the game will crash and so will bandicam

However, any other hl2.exe game such as Half Life or CS:S, is able to capture perfectly fine. I have been able to capture TF2 in the past.

FighterZ
This game every time "Fails to Initialize codec" through the AMP APP. However, swapping it to CPU seems to work, but makes the footage a bit chunky.

I would like some help as I plan to make a few videos today.

Hi XenoGenic,

We were not able to recreate your issue when recording Team Fortress 2.

It might be a problem with the graphics driver.
First, uninstall the graphics driver completely.

And then, please install the latest version of the graphics driver and try recording again.

Thank you.

Hi Bandicam Support,

No go....
The issue still persist.
While it captures the boot up video, it still crashes once it’s done with an engine error

Quick Reply:

I've uninstalled Bandicam and Reinstalled it with both the Old Version on Purchase and the newer version, and the issue persists. I believe it's something to do with maybe the game.

Hi bandicam support,

I’ve tried many things.
Tried installing older versions
Tried on my second pc
Fresh installing the game + bandicam

Nothing is working
The Software detects the game, but does not want to capture.

Here we go.
I tried all the settings including AVI and Changing the Codec, no go.
Other games seem to work fine.

I am pressing my Recording Button and nothing seems to capture it.

Hi XenoGenic,

Thank you for your quick reply.
We still cannot recreate your issue when recording Team Fortress 2 with the similar settings as yours.

Please install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package" and try recording again.
If it does not seem to work, please get back to us with the information below.
1. Do you have the same issue when using a single monitor?
2. Do you have the same issue when you run the game in windowed mode?

Thank you.

Tried everything you wanted me to.
No luck.
I will have to do a Monitor Capture, but I preferred the other way.
Tried Window mode and no luck.
It sees the game, but cant capture it.
I have C++ installed as well as the newer versions as well.

Hi XenoGenic,

We are afraid that using a single monitor seems to be the only way to solve this problem.
We are sorry that we couldn't give you the answer you wished for.
