Unable to register with newly-purchased serial.

Hi, my register email address is sogeki@hotmail.com, I am unable to use the serial I just purchased today. I have previously purchased a serial a few years back for an older PC using this email address so I believe it's a bug in Bandisoft's system. Please resolve this. Thank you.

Hi,

1. If you uninstall the registered Bandicam, you can re-use/transfer the license to another computer.

2. If you have lost the Bandicam serial number, go to the Bandicam purchasing webpage (https://www.bandicam.com/buy/) and then input your email address. The same serial number will be sent through e-mail.

If you still have the registration issue, please contact bandicam@bandicam.com with your license information and the error message.
