No email after purchasing lisence

My mother recently purchased Bandicam for me so I can record games and upload them to YouTube with no watermark or time limit. All sounds good, right? Well, no it's not because she didn't get the email with the serial number.
She tried to email bandicam@bandicam.com and tried to email bandicam@bandisoft.com also. Neither responded to her email. Please help me, as I was really looking forward to the ability to record videos with no watermark or time limit.
