Bandicam and GTX 680

Fri Jun 15, 2012 5:28 pm

Is there some peorblems between the two?
Ever since i upgraded i can't record with bandicam anymore. Other recording software works just fine.
I tried re-installing bandicam, but no luck.
Gonna attempt a driver reboot now.
More to come soon.

I got it, i got it.
It WAS the card that was being a cranky little devil.
'NVIDIA High Definition Audio' was the culprit apparently.
All i did was disable it and voila, bandicam showed up once again.
But why would the audio part of a graphics card cause problems with something that records video?

Hi Muppio,

Normally, 'NVIDIA High Definition Audio' doesn't affect the FPS display of Bandicam.

Are you sure that the FPS was shown when you disabled 'NVIDIA High Definition Audio'?
If you enable the 'NVIDIA High Definition Audio' again, does the FPS disappear again?

What is your GTX 680 model exactly (ASUS/EVGA..) ?

Bandicam started up just fine, but the FPS marker wasn't showing.
It's a EVGA GTX 680.
My entire PC is like a mystery to me at this point :)
Even the ingame community in steam didn't want to show, but after i disabled the driver it worked again.

And now it's down again! God damnit.
Might have to re-install drivers anyways

Driver re-install didn't fix the problem either
At this point it sort of works when it feels like it.

Hi,

What is your recording target? What are you trying to record?

Start Bandicam and "Windows Media Player"; Do you see the green FPS?

I'm having it set to record fullscreen, and yes i can see it in WMP.
I'm still trying to figure out what interferes with what.
I'm trying to record game footage in fullscreen.
