FPS counter visible on video

Hi!

When I am recording (game mode) the FPS counter shows on the recorded video.

I have disabled this under advanced options with no difference.

Is there any way to solve this without disabling the FPS counter altogether? I like having it visible when playing.

Hello skydiasta,

You can show the FPS counter on the game screen without showing it on the recorded video by following the steps below.

1. Enable the "Show FPS Overlay" option.

2. Disable the "Show FPS in captured video/image" option.

Thank you.

Thank you for getting back to me so fast :)

I have tried the steps described, but the FPS counter still shows up in the recorded video (Playing Diablo 3 if it matters).

It does not show if I disable the FPS-counter.

Hello skydiasta,

Thank you for getting back to us.
Please uninstall Bandicam completely.
And then, install the latest version of Bandicam and run it.

If you still have the same issue, please check if it happens when you take a screenshot with Bandicam.

Hi! I have not tried reinstalling it yet, but I checked and I have the latest version.

The FPS-counter is not visible on screenshots taken.
