Sound not working

I've recently downloaded bandicam to my new computer to record games.
I wanted to start up a recording in game mode, but it shows me an audio error. It says that it can't record the sound. I've putted the sound on and have set it to my speaker. This wont work, now I've tried setting the tab in rectangle mode and that records the sound! I don't want to record in rectangle mode but in game mode with sound. I've reinstalled my drivers to the latest drivers and audio drivers but nothing seems to work. If anyone can give me a solution that would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Please, make sure that the in-game voice chatting function has been turned off and record the game again.

If you still have the same issue after checking them, please let us know the name of the game.
Also, please attach the screenshot of the Windows Sound settings window and the Bandicam Recording settings window with all the options for Primary Sound Device opened.
