Webcam is not recored but preview works

Hi,

Normally, when I'm recording with Bandicam I'm screencasting my desktop + get the webcam video. But since yesterday, the webcam is not recorded anymore (mp4 file) and I cannot see the preview in the app but I can see it in the setup (click on the webcam + click on preview).

I've put some screenshots attached.

Does someone know why ?

Hi Visi,

It is normal that you don't see the preview video on the small window on the upper section when you enable the "Preview webcam on screen" option.
We are not sure about the MP4 file saving issue.
Please uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the webcam driver and the graphics driver and then record again.

Thank you for your answer. I did aleardy uninstall bandicam and install the latest version, but the issue still remain.
The only thing I could done is to reinstall Windows (thanks for me the computer was brand new). It seemed like there was a problem with user authorizations. Let me explain :
1. It worked until I've created a new user on windows
2. When I launched Bandicam on the new user, It ask me for admin password
3. I clicked cancelled
4. Then Bandicam failed to work on every user sessions (even admin)

Something must have been written somewhere and It was impossible to go back.

I hope it give you the clues for futur updates.
