I would recommend you to check wether or not your email address is still in Bandicam's database by entering it in the "License check" area on this page
If it says that the information has been confirmed, then you'll know that the problem has to be elsewhere.
I would try doing a complete reinstall of Bandicam (+ update to latest version) and try disabling your antivirus before trying to connect to register - sometimes those can interfere.
