Device Recording Mode Freezing

This started to happen 2 days ago, I was recording some video games with my Razer Ripsaw when all of a sudden, after a short break, the screen froze. So I tried switching modes to see if that would work and it didn't, it would start working again for short amounts of time and freeze again. The webcam doesn't freeze at all, it's just the Razer Ripsaw. It isn't the Razer Ripsaw that's causing this, I tried using the device on OBS and it didn't freeze at all, so there has to be something wrong with Bandicam. I even tried changing versions of Bandicam and nothing works. Bandicam itself doesn't freeze, it's the Razer Ripsaw inside Bandicam. Can anyone help me out here?

Hello TehCanadianSpartan,

For further investigation, please attach the screenshot of the Bandicam Device selection window with all the format options opened.
Also, please let us know if you have the same issue with the other format settings or other resolution settings.

The problem here is that it was like this before things started freezing and was originally working fine

It doesn't make sense because the device works perfectly on Open Broadcast Software

Hello TehCanadianSpartan,

If the capture device is used by other software before Bandicam, it might happen.
Please uninstall and reinstall the driver of the Razer Ripsaw and try record again.
Also, please check if you have the same issue with the other format settings or after disabling the audio capture function.
