Bandicam is not recording my gameplay... help?

Hello all,

Today, I was trying to record some gameplay footage (Ironsight if it is relevant) using Bandicam. However, the problem was, it didn't record. I selected the "Game Recording Mode", went onto the game I was playing, and pressed F12 (my record/stop hotkey). However, even though I would clearly press F12 to start and stop recording, I would end up having no recorded footage at the end of each game. Do you guys know what's up? Can you guys help me?
