Registration Code won't work

I purchased the bundle and it wont accept my registration code. What do i do??

You purchased the Bandicam + Bandicut package and received the Bandicam and Bandicut serial keys.
You must enter the Bandicam serial key in Bandicam and enter the Bandicut serial key in Bandicut.
