Video and audio desynchronized

The video and audio that I record with Bandicam is desynchronized. Example 1, Example 2, Example 3

Does anybody know why I am having this issue?

- Windows Version: Windows 10
- Graphic card model: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
- Bandicam version: 4.2.0.1439
- Bandicam mode: Game Recording Mode, Screen Recording Mode
- Recording Target: game, probably anything though. Too lazy to try. Maybe somebody already knows what my issue is

Hello,

We would like to know if you have the problem with specific format settings.
Please try recording it with the other codecs such as H264(CPU)/AAC and Xvid/PCM and check if you have the same issue.

I tried with Xvid/PCM and had the same issue.

Anyway, I found out that the issue was only present when I put the video through Adobe Premiere Pro. I found this thread: https://forum.bandicam.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3445; this: https://forum.bandicam.com/viewtopic.php?p=12811#p12811 removed the desynchronization. Thank you for your help

The problem has resurfaced after uninstalling Bandicam and installing the latest version of Bandicam.

It seems that the advice I followed (https://forum.bandicam.com/viewtopic.php?p=12811#p12811) caused the video distortion which I talked about in the thread "My Bandicam now records another kind of distorted video -- how to fix it?" (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=8237). Is it possible to set the Frame Rate Mode to "Prefer CFR - Constant Frame Rate" without causing the video distortion? Or is there another way to solve this video and audio desynchronization problem?

Also, now, I have tried with both H264(CPU)/AAC and Xvid/PCM. I have the issue with both.

Hello AANickFan,

First, please uninstall the current graphics card driver and install the latest version of it.
If you still have the video distortion issue, please uncheck "Use enhanced capture method (faster, Windows 8 or above)" (No. 4) and try recording again.

OK. Sorry, somehow the issue has gone away in my last two videos. It may be fixed. Sorry for bothering

edit: the problem has resurfaced, but I don't want to keep bothering...
