Could you explain how to recreate the issue step by step?
I'd be happy to try - but it is a bit difficult, as it seems to occur 'randomly'...
At some point, placing the mouse over any part of the interface of Bandicam, makes the mouse cursor not visible; and there doesn't seem to be any reason as to why, related to what is running.
I have tried launching different games, graphic programs, etc - nothing seems to 'trigger it' - and then when say, playing a game for a long time, it will suddenly just occur.
Restarting Bandicam solves it (until it happens again).
I am sorry I do not have any more specific information at this time.
As for the "lag" or "freezing" issue:
It can be instigated by switching from Game Recording Mode to Screen Recording Mode, either with the main interface (large) buttons, or by starting up Bandicam in Screen Recording Mode.
In either case, once it begins the 'drawing of the rectangle' (resizing it), it will 'pause' or 'freeze' for a moment. It is not very long at all. It's not a huge issue, I just wanted to mention it. It is fine if it never gets solved/changed (in my own opinion).
Good luck with it - I'll try give more information here, if I can find any repeatable way to recreate this issue...
