Bandicam Audio Recording Device Switch Issue

Hello,

I'm using Bandicam 4.2.1.1454 on my Windows 10 PC.

The issue I'm facing is while recording screen if I change default audio then Bandicam stops recording audio until the device is switched back to the previous one.

To regenerate this issue follow the below steps:

1) Set Primary Sound Device to (Default Sound Device) and secondary to Disable in Bandicam settings.
2) Start recording the screen and play some YouTube video.
3) Open Windows 10 Sound settings (Right click the sound icon in system tray and click on Sounds)
4) Change the default sound to Bluetooth Headset or another audio device. Now Bandicam stops recording audio until you switch back to the previous default sound device.

Hello anjankumar,

We were able to recreate your issue and confirmed it is normal.
Could you let us know the reason why you'd like to switch the audio device?

We look forward to your reply.

Thank you.

I switched the audio device because my Bluetooth Headset died and Bandicam haven't recorded the audio from that point.

Hello anjankumar,

We are sorry, but we have difficulty understanding your situation.
It is normal that Bandicam stops recording audio if you change the default audio device on the Windows Sound settings window while you are recording.
We recommend you use one audio device other than your Bluetooth Headset for the primary sound device of Bandicam to record without problems.

Thank you.
