Bandicam will not record

I get a message "failed to initiate codec".
I uninstalled the program and downloaded/installed but with the same results. It's been several months since I used the program so I don't know if there was a program update since I last used it.
Running Windows 10

Hi glenn9643,

It might be a problem with the graphics driver.
First, uninstall the graphics driver completely.

And then, please install the latest version of the graphics driver and try recording again.

If it doesn't seem to help, please let us know if you have the same issue when recording with other codecs such as H264(CPU) or Xvid in AVI container.
