recording volume

Where I can set the recording volume levev?
Find out that recordered videos got not exact volume level (reduced). Then try to rechek: I do record for recorded video. And volume level every time decreased.

Hello vulc,

We have checked your videos and your settings and tested on our end.
It is normal that the volume is reduced when you set the volume lower like 55%.
You need to set the volume of the Device, Bandicam, and the playback software to 100% to get the original volume.

100% volume in windows mixer is too loud for ears.
In previous versions Bandicam ingore volume of Device and do record of Windows audio-tract
How to solve this constraint? Very impractical always to adjust the volume on speakers or headphones..

and for some reason I have a lot of material which recorded without this constraint (with "100%" volume. With volume of sourse). And is was recorded exactly at ~55% of "mixer main output".

Remark. Please pay attention.
After Windows restart this issue stops. Bandicam starts ignore "windows mixer main output".
Then i install new updated version of Bandicam. And issue comes back.
Then i did Windows restart and enjoy correct work of Bandicam. Without weird record volume reduce.

If you would - I can try to record it on video for detailed raport and for cathing this weird issue.
