Hi, I can't record in Game Mode Apex Legends or Fortnite. The problems is maybe the "Easy Anticheat" used for these games. Any idea for fix it? I try recording in screen mode but reduces a lot of fps.
Ty any answer or advise, I love this program.

Hello TheJuanmaSeries,

We were able to record Fortnite with the Game Recording Mode without any problems.
What error message did you see?
Could you attach the screenshot of it?
We look forward to your reply.

Thank you.

Only problem is Fortnite and the new popular game "Apex Legends" is not detected in "Game Mode Recording", with other games like Minecraft, GTA V, CS GO, I not have any problem.
Bandicam not give me any error or alert, but I can't start the record and continue searching one aplication like the image.

Hello TheJuanmaSeries,

Thank you for getting back to us.
We've found that you use the old version of Bandicam.
Could you please check if you still have the same issue with the latest version?

I too am unable to record Apex Legends. I have the latest version of Bandicam. I don't get an error message or anything, it just does nothing when I hit the record hotkey. I tried changing the hot key to a few different keys and nothing worked. The hotkey works fine for toggling the fps to be shown or not but it will not record.

Hello,

We have tested Apex Legends with Bandicam Game Recording Mode.
We found that there are some cases that Bandicam does not detect Origin games when origin.exe is running.
If you have the game hooking issue, please close origin.exe before recording or use the blocked process list.

Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. I tried putting the origin.exe in the blocked process list and I still couldn't record the game. I also can't close Origin to record because Apex Legends requires Origin to be running in order to play.

Hello SyniZure,

Thank you for getting back to us.
Are you able to see the green fps numbers on the game screen?
Do you have the same issue with other Origin games?
When we tested, we were able to record the game with origin.exe closed after the game had been detected by Bandicam.
Could you please let us know if the steps below work well?
1. Run Bandicam and select the Game Recording Mode
2. Run the game via origin.exe
3. Click the game screen
If you have the problem with detecting the game, please close origin.exe and then see if you can detect the game again.
We are sure that you can close origin.exe once the game has started.

Please let us know your result.

Thank you.

I can see the green FPS numbers, yes. I can also still toggle them visible/invisible but when I try to record it just does nothing, no error, no prompt, no response. I tried a couple other Origin games and didn't have an issue recording, even with origin.exe open. By "close origin.exe" do you mean close the window, or exit the application? Closing the window doesn't change my result, and if I exit the program Apex Legends prompts me that Origin has closed and exits the game.

Edit: *side note* when Bandicam detects Apex Legends, next to the magnifying glass where it normally says "Please click on the recording target window." Instead of having a program name there it has "() - 0x0" without the quotes.

Hello SyniZure,

Thank you for your additional report.
We are not sure about the issue since we cannot recreate it on our end.
Could you please let us know your PC specs such as CPU, GPU, OS, and graphics driver version?

We look forward to you reply.

Thank you.
