Bandicam not recording system audio with audio interface (Audiobox USB)

I have a PreSonus Audiobox which is an external audio interface. It is set as my system default audio device.

When I record my desktop screen no system audio is being captured. Here is my bandicam audio settings:

I've tried that as well as 'Default Sound Device' to no avail. If I select my AudioBox Line 1 microphone, that gets recorded just fine but as soon as I switch to record my speakers it doesn't work.

Here's my other settings if this helps.

This is frustrating, I'm not sure why it's not working. When I try other recording programs like Camtasia recording system audio works fine...

Any solutions?

Hello IAmABlasian,

Bandicam does not support ASIO devices.
If you install Voicemeeter, you will record the ASIO device via Voicemeeter.
You said that Camtasia works well, however, we have found the statement that says "Camtasia does not support ASIO devices." on Camtasia's official website.
Could you please record the Camtasia's audio settings window with the audio from Audiobox USB recorded using Camtasia and send the video file to us (bandicam@bandicam.com)?
