Feature request: Record notification

Since I don't record long sessions and only capture events as they happen I hit the record button on a random basis.
In the heat of battle however, I may not be aware of the recording still going on.

I would like an option to get notified when recording.
E.g. a red dot in a chosen corner like one chooses the setting for FPS.

This way I would now if a recording is still in progress ingame.

If you use 'DirectX/OpenGL window' mode, you will see the green-fps numbers while you're playing, and you will see the red-fps numbers while you're recording.
