Very low bass and high trebble after recording from Netflix

Hello,

My problem is in the title. I record Netflix series for language-learning purposes, and when I open the recorded mp4 files, the sound (which is the most important feature for me) is completely different: the treble is much louder, it makes it almost painful to listen to, while watching directly from Netflix doesn't cause the same problem.
Is this an issue with the settings?

PS. Obviously I have made those comparisons on the very same device.
