I need some help about setting, i wish to have the best quality video/sound, without loss of quality

can u tell me what is the best codec, framerate etc, but please i dont want the file is like 100mb for 1min of video ... i really need the best quality with decent file size, thank you so much for ur help

Basically we recommend you use the default settings.
Please try recording with the default settings first and check if you like the specs of the recorded video.
