cuda fps drop on mx130

i have a mx130 gpu with cuda support. I did install cuda codec as you say but when i try to record with cuda in fulscreen/game mode my fps drops to 5 from 150. i already tried to give bandicam maximum performance from nvidia control panel but it seems didnt working
im not sure why causes that

my pc specs:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz up to 3.20GHz
Memory: 8192MB DDR4 RAM
Gpu1: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620
Gpu2: NVIDIA GeForce MX130
im not sure why causes that
