Bandicam becomes "unregistered"

Fri Sep 20, 2019 4:13 pm

Hey,

Bandicam keeps losing it's registration status every other time.

I have purchased a regular license, enter the info, i get confirmation, and can then use it for a couple of days, sometimes weeks.

Then, eventually, i start bandicam and see the "lock" symbol, requiring me to enter the registration info again.

this is mildly annoying at least, and really annoying when I don't notice it beforehand, when I get watermarks in my video etc.

Can someone help me out with this please?

Hello gud,

Bandicam requires administrator privileges to register. Have you registered Bandicam full version with an administrator account of Windows?
Please follow the steps below.

1. Uninstall the current version of Bandicam.
2. Sign in to Windows with an Admin account.
3. install Bandicam 2.3.1 from https://www.bandicam.com/downloads/BDCA ... ?target=xp and register.
4. Update to the latest version(4.4.3) by overwriting. (https://www.bandicam.com/downloads/)

Please let us know your result.

Thank you.

Ok, I have re-installed bandicam, started the admin-version and entered the registry data. Now I am running the non-admin-version for a bit, I will see if the problem returns/persists and get back to you
