AMD VCE doesn't work with AMD RX 5700 / Ryzen R7 3700X 8-Core

Mon Oct 14, 2019 7:50 pm

Hi,
i desperately tried to get the AMD VCE option running on my new system with a Powercolor RX 5700 Red Devil on a MPG X570 GAMING PLUS mainboard. Bandicam shows up the option, but it cannot be stored. The support page hint no 7 for "Error message: Your system does not support 'H.264 (AMD VCE)', so the default codec will be used." is use useless, because on my Win 10 Pro 64bit that screen

is not shown. There is no option for setting up multiple displays.

Who can help? Any suggestions were highly appreciated!

Hello,

It seems that Bandicam doesn't support the graphics card you reported.

We will forward this issue to the development team.

Thank you for letting us know.

Is there any ETA on when the support for AMD 5700 series graphics card will be available? I just recently bought a 2pc license only to find out that it doesn't work on latest AMD cards :(
