Hello BandiCam

I recently purchased a license for your software and have been using it successfully for a few days now with the odd hiccup here and there, ie, the software refusing to start game capture, until a computer restart is done.

What has anger me is that today I have just done what I consider to be my best gaming session whilst recording using your software, no hardware changes or anything, and for some weird reason I have the file in the bandicam folder yes, but the file size should be over 4GB because I did play for over an hour, as I have every other time.

Sadly though, this file shows only 1.14KB in size and appears as a corrupt MP4, I used the bandifix, but it says not corrupt and cannot be checked?. What on Earth is that? My work is lost!

What can I do???

Please allow me to download a version previous to this one, as of the other day the software was recording fine, no hardware changes have happened nor any software or games installed for that matter, it's just stopped working.

When I am in a game, the webcam lights up but even the border that had the preview before never shows up.

I am beginning to think this software may not be the most advanced as your company claims, and in fact I am beginning to wonder if I should demand my money back.

Hello john-williamson,

First, please refer to the solutions on the following FAQ page.

It might be a problem with the graphics driver.
Please uninstall the graphics driver completely.

And then, please install the latest version of the graphics driver and try recording again.
Also, please uninstall and install the latest version of Bandicam.

If you need an old version of Bandicam, please download it from the following link.

We would appreciate it if you would give us more information about your recording target, recording mode, and your PC specs.

Thank you.
