Not recording Mic input (FIXED, read for fix)

Fri Aug 10, 2012 5:16 am

While trying to record a gameplay, Bandicam records the audio of the game, voice chat of other payers, but not mine. I read that this is because it is a dual layer audio. one input from mic, one from the game. I also read people were having this problem when they upload to a Third party video website.
If this is a problem with youtube not supporting dual audio, that's fine. But I can't seem to have my voice playback even in windows media player, or even my video editing software. It seems like my voice simply wasn't recorded. Is there an setting somewhere I need to adjust?

Please let me know,

cheers.

EDIT:
After I posted this I found a setting for recording a second sound input. That was the problem. I needed to tell Bandicam to record my mic as well as the game audio.

If anyone is having a similar problem, you can find a fix here: http://www.bandicam.com/faqs/how_to_rec ... icrophone/
