Bandicam Forum

Hi there,

I am a teacher and have used bandicam to make many videos for my students. They play with video and sound in bandicam and in the output folder. When I email them to others or upload to youtube or google drive they play without any sound.

I've tried converting the MP4 to a MOV and opening it in VLC, but still no sound.

Can anybody suggest how I can fix these files? I have googled it and there seems to be a few options with online converters, but I am wondering if there is a simpler way to fix this in bandicam.

You should hear the audio of the recorded videos after uploading them to YouTube if you can hear it on your PC.
Are you able to hear the audio of other videos on YouTube?
If so, we are not quite sure about your issue.
