Failed To Initialize Error

Hello,

I have an "HDMI to USB 3.0 Capture" device. A cable runs from my android phone to the device, and then a USB cable from the device to my laptop.

The device is recognized by Bandicam as a "USB Video Device". The device requires no drivers and is automatically installed by Windows, plug and play.

However, it will not connect, and gives a "Failed To Initialize Error" when using Device Recording Mode.

How do I resolve this?

Did you get the "Failed to initialize codec" error?
If so, it might be a problem with the graphics driver.
Please uninstall the graphics driver completely.


And then, please install the latest version of the graphics driver and the capture card driver and try recording again.

If it does not seem to help, please let us know your PC specs.
