Screen Glitches like a Horror Flick

I am hoping that someone can help me with this. When I open Bandicam, click on the HDMI webcam icon, the window opens to show my handsome face, but after several seconds it begins to flick and glitch like a b-horror point of view movie and the sound doesn't match my lips. I have not had this problem in the past. This is a recent thing. I have reinstalled the product, and have changed the settings per google search instructions. Nothing has worked. Please help me with this problem.
