The Input File Cannot Be Opened

Hi!
I recorded a 7 minute video and when I finished, I tried to open it but it said the file was corrupted and asked me if I wanted to fix it. I said yes, but BandiFix won't open it and tells me "this input file cannot be opened." It's saved as an mp4. I don't know how or if I can fix it and could really use some help as this video is a bit important for school. Thank you!
