AAC audio greater than 192kbps, how ?

Hello, when I do 192 kbps voiceovers in AAC to have access to MP4 and the HEVC Nividia codec, I hear a distortion of my voice on a certain letter, distortion that I do not have in 256kps mp3, but in MP3 , Bandicam requires to use the AVI, except that the AVI is an obsolete format, it cannot be used with DaVinci Resolve. So how do you go over the 192 kbps limit in AAC with Bandicam ???
