Failed to create a file only in FIFA 21

Hello, I had this error for a day and I tried the things from the guide, but they didn't help.
I ran Bandicam as an administrator, reinstalled, clean installed drivers, didn't help.
It works fine in other games, only problem is FIFA 21. It was okay just few days ago.
Do you have any idea what's wrong with the game?

Are you able to take a screenshot of the game using the image capture function of Bandicam?
